While completing his B.A. in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Dr. Haber became fascinated by the science of the human body after volunteering at the Haight-Ashbury Free Medical Clinic in San Francisco. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio and completed residency training in Family Medicine through Oregon Health and Science University and advanced fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His work in sports medicine led him to focus on helping people in pain regain their ability to be active, and he completed additional fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at Integrated Pain Management in California. When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Haber enjoys gardening and bicycling, and along with his wife and son, touring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
If you are a previous patient of Dr. Haber and would like to schedule an appointment, please provide your medical records from Pain Consultants of Oregon by accessing this PeaceHealth medical records site: PeaceHealth Health Information Management.
