Merge onto I-5 N.Take EXIT 195A toward FLORENCE / JUNCTION CITY / AIRPORT.
Merge onto BELTLINE HWY W.
Take the RIVER RD. exit- EXIT 8- toward SANTA CLARA.
Turn RIGHT onto RIVER RD.
Turn Right into Albertson's parking lot. Stay to the right past Shari's Restaurant to the Willamette Medical Center.
